This Policy explains what information MyTab collects, how it's used, and how it's protected. MyTab is built for shop owners ("you") who use it to keep records about their own customers ("your customers").

MyTab's data is stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database (via Neon) and accessed through our backend (hosted on Render). Data is encrypted in transit. A copy of your own device's data is also kept on your device so MyTab works offline, and syncs back to the server once you're online.
We don't sell your data or your customers' data. We share information only with the services needed to run MyTab:
We do not share your customers' names, phone numbers, or debt records with WhatsApp, Paystack, or any advertiser.
You can view, edit, or delete any customer record directly in the app at any time. You can log out of a device at any time from Settings, which also clears that device's local copy of your data. To request full deletion of your MyTab account and associated data, contact us using the details below.
MyTab is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
